Office Update is unable to check for updates

i get this error i have installed the windows installer clean up utility but
am confused as to do from here delete my office pro and reinstall? please
help thanks

Do you have Admin rights? If not, then Office Update cannot install the
ActivX control. Therfore, Office Update will fail.

You can also have Office Update disabled in the registry.

Office may not be activated. Click Help/About or Help/Activate & see if any
products are disabled...

Why have you installed the Windows Installer cleaner? Anything deleted with
that tool normally needs to be re-installed
