Office v.X Solver32.dll

I was missing the Solver32.dll for the Solver addin on my
v.X Excel. I downloaded it because I don't have the CD
anymore. If anyone can tell me where it goes on the Hard
Drive I would appreciate it. Solver.xla goes in the addins
folder in office but I still cant find where the .dll file
goes. Please help!!!!!

Solver32.dll is a windows file. It is not used (or even present) on the
Macintosh
