office xp and access 97

[doug]

after installing office xp small business edition i am not
able to use a version of access 97. The pc automatically
refuses to setup access 97 with the warning of having no
license for that software. i have licenses for both but i
am unable to specify the license no for the access97. i
tried to load access 97 ina separate folder but that
doesnt help.
Any suggestions please???
