office xp and image handling

Mike

OK, for years I used Office 2000 and made many documents
that contain images, tiff, bmp, etc, and did so in Word
and especially Powerpoint. Now I move to XP and guess
what, nearly all of my images are screwed up! Gates,
should be refunding money over lost productivity here.
Cropping all gone, images mirrored, reversed, and of all
things blurred. What is the matter with these people at
microsoft? Since XP has been out for a while you think
this would be resolved but I am up to date on patches but
my docs are still screwed up when opened.

Anyway, does anyone have a clue on a quick fix or do I
have to redo everyting, some of which cannot be done.
Pathetic, pathetic, but hey it's microsoft.

Thanks, I changed the registry and I presume that will
right my images as far as mirroring etc, however, many
images appear blurry on screen and when printing. I can't
do electronic or print presentations with blurred images.
What is that all about? Any help is appreciated. All the
way to the bank, Bill.
