Office XP in Spanish

I installed Office XP on my laptop that had all the menus in Spanish. But
Eversince I installed it, everything changed to English. I heard there is a
fix in TechNet but I have not had any success finding it. Can this be fixed
or I am pretty much stuck with English unless I format the laptop?
