Office XP - OS differences?

M

Matthew Ellis

Just a quick question I have been unable to find an answer
to on the MS site ...

Are there any internal feature differences to running
Office XP on Windows XP vs Windows 2000?

That is to say, not OS features, as I am aware of the
differences there, but differences within Office XP,
specifically features that are only available if you are
running Office XP on top of Windows XP.

Thanks in advance for any assistance with this.

Hi Matthew,

Generally, no, Office XP didn't leverage Windows XP unique
features. Office 2003 has at least one leveraged issue,
in MS Office Picture Manager 2003 you can only print if
you're in Windows XP.
