Is there a std Office XP (2002) app that can change picture resolution?

M/S Photo Editor used to do this

This is an ACCESS newsgroup. We are here to help people create databases in
Microsoft Access. Your posts to EXCEL and WORD will probably get you

I am cross-posting this to a more appropriate NG (with follow-ups set to
that NG). But note that Microsoft PhotoEditor is still part of Office XP;
you may need to rerun setup to install it.
