Office XP Pro network install

When trying to install Office xp pro across the network I
get the following error. "Error 1402. Setup cannot open
the registry key
hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversio
n\setup\migration dlls"

Cannot seem to find out anything about it.
