I had a user try to open Office xp Small business(SBE), any program in xp
SBE, and it asked for the serial key, I entered the key, it said acquiring
data, then boom, it kicks out of the program. So I open up the program again,
same thing, kicks me out of the application. It does this with any office
app. So I uninstalled XP SBE after trying to repair it, and then installed
Office XP PRO. Same thing! Then I uninstalled that and cleaned out the
registry with most links that pointed towards the key "office". Then I
installed Office 2003, we have site licences, installed and it seemed to flow
nicely, then Boom same thing. What is up? Programs affected are Office,
Internet Explorer, outlook. I need a fix.
