Office XP Pro - Student copy

I am running a student copy of Office XP Pro. Everything is working fine but
I need to install Access now. The installer askes for the CD Key, which I
type in, but it says it isn't a valid id. I have checked the key of the
installed programs and they are the same.

Why would it work before and not now?

You will need to uninstall your Office XP first before you can re-install everything again. This is how uncle Bill designed his software as he thought this is the best way for his loyal users to utilise their expensive time!! I guess evrything is on only one CD? My retail version came on 3 CDs to include FrontPage and Publisher but then we are all different with different tastes!! For example, I don't like blondes; I generally go for Japanese.

Before you uninstall anything, make sure your CD is not corrupted and that you DO have your 25 digit magic number. Otherwise you will lose everything which I am not resposible for.

I use non Microsoft products wherever possible which requires no activation.

I use Netscape 7.2 as my default browser which has everything I need for my work.

I believe in good Financial Management!! I do not believe in enriching rich jerks!
