Office XP Problems

XS11E

OFFICE11 is the folder I tried to run the applications from, but
it had that error. There are no shortcuts to the program on the
system anywhere, except in the program files (C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11) But I tried going to the Office11
folder and got the same error. Maybe the software is faulty?

It really sounds to me like it's not properly installed and you really
need to remove the entire thing and install again.

You said,
I cannot re-install the files, because I no longer have the Setup
files.

Does this mean you don't have the CD? Is there some way you can get
it?

Hi Matthew,

If you have an Office11 folder that would indicate that
you had/have installed MS Office System 2003 (v11) over
or with Office XP(2003). What MS Office programs are
listed in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel?

If your program was installed from a CD or a network server
and you need to repair or reinstall you'll need access to
that installation media.
