Office xp professional 2000 download

Does office xp professional 2002 have a limited number of downloads before
it expires? I have downloaded it several times to my old computer and am
trying to download to my new computer, but with out success. I have windows
xp professional on my new computer, would that cause a problem? I'm
paraphrasing, but the messages says it cannot find anything to connect to,
either in programs or hard drive??....I can find the exact message if I need
too and get back to you.

Is this Office 2002 program outdated and I need to purcharse a more recent
office program, or should the old program still work? UGHhhh
