Office XP professional

Friend has just had Office XP Professional, she has 2 cds, I can't
remember if she needs to load both CDs. Can someone remind me what is on
the 2nd CD and does she need to load it. She has been having trouble
installing the Progs at first it looked like from what she tells me, the
CD didn't autorun. I was able to email with the instructions to get the
CD to run and I told her that I thought it would take her through the
installation and told her to choose the Typical installation.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have gone smoothly. She lives a few
miles away so I haven't seen what the CD is doing I'm just going on her
emails. She said when she tried to install Access she got Error 1311

It would depend on what programs and facilities were chosen to either run
from the hard drive, or from CD to save space consumed..

Office XP Professional:
CD # 1 labeled Version 2002 has all of the Office XP Professional
applications.
CD # 2 labeled Media Content has media {clipart etc} to support Office
XP.

Both CDs have their own install program.

The following may help for Error 1311:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/296603

Also searching for Error + 1311 at:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx

returns a number of problems with missing installation file. Not sure which
one, if any, applies.
