Last week I had upgraded a user from Office 2000
professional to Office XP professional on a Windows 2000
professional desktop. Today when the user opened Outlook
Outlook XP had been removed and Office 2000 startied
reconfiguring itsself for use as did, Access, Word,
Powerpoint etc. What happened or how can I diag what happened?
