Office XP SP3 issues???

Is anyone having issues with SP3 for Office? It seems
like when Outlook closes out now, it still takes about 20
seconds or so for the process to completely stop, so if
you try to logoff you get an error. Does this seem
normal? This started to happen after we installed SP3.
