My daughter bought the single-license product last year. She now has a new
computer but, of course, it will not install. She has completely removed it
from her old one. How do we get it on her new one without buying it again?

Per the EULA, can't.

Go to www.openoffice.org - it's free and will do almost anything that
the normal Office user wants (and some) including exporting files to
PDF. the only thing missing is an equivalent to Outlook, but there are
several free alternatives. Personally, as an Advanced excel user, the
spreadsheet module in open Office is SO similar to Excel it's untrue!
And it's FREE!
