The computer I have came with Windows XP and Microsoft
Office Small Business. This did not come with
PowerPoint, so I bought an upgrade to Office XP
Professional, which, according to the product
information, can upgrade Small Business (as well as other
versions) to Professional. I started setup of Office XP
Professional upgrade, and it says it can't find a
qualifying product. I checked my computer several times
to make sure Small Business was activated, I had it check
the C:\ drive (the only hard drive I have) and, since I
have 2 CD ROM drives, I even placed the Small Business CD
in the other CD drive and had it check that CD ROM
drive. It still can't find a "qualifying product"! On
the box it says one of the versions it'll upgrade is
Small Business, so can anyone help me figure out why it
can't find a qualifying product?
