Office XP Web Server Error

After recently re-installing Office XP, everytime I start
my computer I get an error message saying "Missing or
incorrect command line parameters". The dialog box saying
this is titled Office Web Server Configuration Wizard. I
don't have a web server, or plan on using one, I just want
to know how to keep this message from popping up.
