office xp!!!!!!!!!

Hi All,
Hope someone can help me here,

I have 1 user who when logging on to the domain gets asked for Office
XP Pro Activation everytime he logs on,and opens Office xp,it then
asks for the Office XP Pro cd to be entered to activate the
software,once this has completed everything is fine,untill he logs off
and then back on again.Back to square one.he is administrator of his
local machine.when i log on as administrator everything is fine for
me. we use roaming profiles and my thoughts are that it may be
something in his profile, not recognising that the activation has been
done.
