Hi Vic,

Basically, no, having multiple language versions of Office on
a single boot partition can be a problem as each program uses
the same name common files, but with different contents in
some cases.

The English language version comes with the Spanish proofing
tools and you can use a Spanish language keyboard setting.
The menus would remain in English. The Spanish language
version would offer similar feature set in reverse.
For Office XP, the Small Business Edition is an OEM only
(single computer) licensed one. Office XP Professional
can be either retail (two license installs) or OEM (one).
