office2003 installation problm

hi.
I am trying to deploy Office Systems 2003 with MST merged
with OPS file installation in my organization and its not
working.
upgrade is from office XP to office system 2003.
its accuring only when the MST file is merged with OPS
file when its not than the package is working.
I can merge the OPS file into the MST file and start to
install from a network administrative point or from local
cdrom, the installation is starting but during the
install process in the stage that come after removing the
old office application from the computer and actually
starting to install the new office system 2003, the
windows installer setup program is doing rollback to the
installation and exiting.
It's accruing when I am trying to apply the office 2003
package in order to upgrade officeXP installation.
but when applying the package to clean windowsXP
installation without office on it, than its working
I built the OPS file from clean installations of office
system 2003 or from upgrade of office XP to office system
2003 and ether way it's not working.
The installations are always failing.
My source office system 2003 files are from the RTM cdrom.
May be there is a problem with the profile wizard that
come with the ORK2003?
