Office2K failed install

When trying a fresh install on a W2K SP4 machine continuously updated
via the Windows update site, all Q patches applied, O2K will fail to
install. To work around, download the SP4 update using the for install
later option. Burn the download to cd. Reapply the Service Pack. Office
should install smoothly.
