After furious head scratching, DanTheMan asked:

| Hi there
| After outlook install I get three(3) err msgs.
| 1. Unable to open default email folders. The .dll for the info
| service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load service
| PSTPRX.dll. Be sure...etc.
| 2. Would you like to open default system folder Y or N
| 3. (After selecting proper pst file in
| local\application\microsoft\outlook) An error occurred in folder
| shortcuts file (.fav) outlook will recreate... Brief history -
| uninstall off2003pro (going backwards) install
| access/powerpoint/outlook office2000pro then officexp sbs - all in
| unique folders (office2k,officexp,office2003)
| Any suggestions? Is 2003 hanging around in registry?
| TIA
| Dan
