Offline Issue

Hi,

I have a client that when goes into outlook 2k3 they
are immediately in Offline status instead of connected
status. This person was fine on thurs and friday of last
week and no one else seems to have this problem. She had
mentioned that when she reboots her pc her pc Time is off
by exactly 3 hours. She connects to Small Bus Server
2003 Prem and gets her email from our exchange server.
How do you get or change outlook to be connected again
from inside outlook? What should I be looking for
settings wise to make this persons outlook be always
connected?

Have her try clicking File | Connect to the Exchange Server and see if
that fixes it.
