OL 2003 SP1 0x800CCC0F Error

I get this error while I'm on some wireless networks. On my home wireless
network it functions perfectly. The 0x800CCC0F error occurrs while I'm on
various other wireless networks and will not send messages; I can receive
messages just fine. My SMTP authentication is correct - as I mentioned it
works fine at home.

Please help.

What version of Outlook do you have? That error code means that the
connection to the server was dropped, which is most likely a connection
problem via wireless.
