How can I permanently eliminate a style from my e-mail? I am using Word as
the editor for OL 2002 and 2003. To do so in Word I would just open my
template and delete an unwanted style. But I can't find a template for my
e-mail--and my e-mail message form is definitely not the same as my
Normal.dot.. I had previously fixed my e-mail so that it now uses styles, a
stationery (I think) and signatures and looks reasonably professional. It
took a lot of hit-and-miss. But that was more than a year ago and I can't
remember what I did. Now my firm wants me to show them how to do the same
thing! How do these things work together in OL? Is there a reference or
article that explains it?
