OL2000 Emails showing up blank.

When opening an email to read, the text of the email comes up blank. When clicking View - Font - Largest, the text will appear. This happens on sporadic emails, not all of them. Have taken away the Microsoft Exchange Server profile, and putting it back in again, but still does it. Working on Win2000NT with Blackberries.
