ol2000; w2k; rooming profiles

the following problem occured on my machine:

i wasn't able to save atached files from ol2000 on my filesystem:

error title: "error on copying file or directory"
error message: "not able to create new system emaphor"

how knows something about this problem?

ps.: my solution to solve the problem was to create a new profile for this
user but i would like to know the reason for this problem.
