OL2002 Server Information being changed

Server information, specifically the incoming mail server
(POP3), is being changed to localhost. The information
that was previously in that field is being appended to
the email address. This seems to happen at random times
and we have not been able to relate it to any one event.
Does anyone know a way to find the cause of this type of
problem?

This is being done by your antivirus program. Disable Email integration.
It will still protect you.
