OL2003 & Inbox w/ MSN Mail

Currently my OL2003 Inbox doesn't retrieve any email at
all.

When I attempted to associate an email service with the
Inbox (my MSN mail), it created an entirely new set of
personal folders (this group was called MSN), with a
separate MSN Inbox, which DOES collect email.

The problem is that several pieces of software, including
ActiveSync, look ONLY to the original Inbox under
Personal Folders.

How can I get the "original" Inbox to collect mail again?
