Hello,
My OL2003 is configured to read email from 2 POP3
accounts. I don't use Exchange.
Recently it started to download incoming mail over and
over again, until I delete that mail from the server. It
may happen few times a day. I have OL set to keep the mail
on the server for a period of time, primarily as an
intermediate mail backup between my pst file backups, as
well as to have an access to not-so-old emails when I'm
away from my home computer. After I delete an email from
the server, surely enough it doesn't get downloaded
anymore.
How do I fix this behavior back to normal? Again, it
started doing this just recently, it appears that
something got corrupted in the area where OL is supposed
to keep track of what's already downloaded.
