OK, this one is strange. Hopefully I can explain it correctly....
When I have Outlook's main window in the background (visible, but not
the active application...for example, I am reading an opened email or
the reminders window is in the front) and I click on the main window,
outlook treats this as a doule click and opens a new
message/appt/task/contact.
Here is a good example...I am reading an email that I opened in a new
window (i.e., not in the preview pane). The email I am reading is 1/2
the width of the screen. If I click on Outlook's main window, which
shows empty space below all my current emails, it opens a new blank
message. If I clicked on an existing message, it would pop up. This
only happens if Outlook's main window is in the background.
Has anyone else seen this? This is very strange. I just seemed to
notice it start happening last Friday.
Thx!
