I have found a bug or feature in OL2003 running as client for Exchange
Server 5.5. OS is XP Pro. When I run in cached mode the Outlook Today page
displays the normal stylized clock icon to the left of the date in the black
menu bar at the top of the right pane. When I turn of cached mode it
immediately makes this icon a red x. When I turn cached mode back on the
clock comes back.
Don't say create a new mail profile, it didn't change a thing. New user
profile didn't change a thing. Uninstall and reinstall program while wiping
the registry and folder systems didn't change a thing. Turning cached mode
on and off changes the red x to its normal icon. If anyone finds a cure I
would be interested. TIA
