OL2003, POP3 and Exchange 2003 default profiles

Greetings,

I am using OL2003 and my MAIN email account is a POP3
account at my ISP. The functionality works fine. I also
have Exchange 2003 on the LAN used primarily at this time
for shared folders (Calender and Contacts). I know...don't
tell me! The problem is that everytime I restart my XP
system or re-log into the server (Win2003) and start
OL2003, the Exchange Profile is reset as the default
profile. Of course, I don't want Exchange to be the
default profile at this time. I have to reset it each time
in the Tools, Email Accounts, View or Change Existing
Email Acccounts dialog box. I have checked the settings in
Control Panel, Mail icon to no avail.

Any ideas?
