OL2003 - Sent items in outbox

Installed the new Office 2003 on about 40 systems and
about 5 users sent items showing up in the outbox? Any
one else having this problem?

Also, mail just stops coming in for some users. Have to
remove and add back in Exchange account to start
receiving mail again.

HELP!!!

What version of Exchange are you using? Are they all on the same LAN
as the Exchange server?

Exchange 2003 and yes they are all on the same LAN.

What OS are these users running? If it's WinXP check to see if the Personal
Firewall is enabled on their machine. Any internal firewalls in your company,
between the users and the Exchange Server to be specific?
