OLAP error and Other Things

When I attempt to create a cube, I get the following error:
dialog box : VB Script saying Error Request Status 9104?

What's up with that?

Secondly

When I publish a project to the server and go to Project
Center, I see the Project name, but when I select it to
drill down, I get a message that says I either do not have
the rights, or the projec thas not been published?
In Rescources, I can not view a list of Resources, but if
I select view all assignments, I see all the assignments
to taks for the resources?

Any ideas?
