Old versions of MSProject

I have a very old file that I think was created in MSProject around 1997.
How can I open it with a newer version such as MSProject from the Office 2003
suite? Or, how can I get temporary access to an old version of MSProject
long enough to export the project to Excel or some place where I can actually
read the tasks.

Ready,
This is an issue that comes up from time to time in this newsgroup. If
you send me the file(s) via e-mail, I will covert them for you, assuming
they are not corrupt.

Project is not included with any version of Office - it is stand alone.
Which version [Project] are you using?

Please zip the files and send to my address below. I will ask some
questions.

I have sent the zipped file to you, assuming I interpreted your email address
correctly. I have Project 2003 or 2007 available. Thank you.
