OLE Error in Outlook after SQL Server 7 installed

After installing SQL Server 7 (aka 2000) on a users
machine, user is getting "OLE registration error. Please
run setup." when Word is the email editor. Remove Word as
the email editor and it works fine. HELP! (and please
don't say reinstall office)
