OLE from Excel to Powerpoint

I am having problems updating a Powerpoint presentation
using the update link in powerpoint. I have written a
Macro that opens the Excel file from Powerpoint and
updates the chart but can't work out the VBA code to
select a specified worksheet within Excel so that I can
update the each individual chart I have in Powerpoint. Any
ideas are greatfully received
