OLE isn't registered error and excel graph from adp not opening up

Hi,

I have moved a database I upsized to production and I am
getting the following error when user tries to open up an
Access graph or open an excel sheet with a graph from ADP
file.

All the users have Access 2000 with the Access 2003
runtime installed on their machine. Could anybody please
help me with this?

Oops.. i forgot to mention what the error is...

I get the error "OLE Server is not registered" for the
access graph and

for the excel graph I get the message

"The expression On Click you entered as the event
property setting produced the following error: A problem
occurred while was communicating with the OLE server"
