ole server error

When opening the organization chart in publisher 2000, now
that I have Office XP installed. I get an error message

"Publisher can launch or communicate with the ole server
program needed to complete this task"

This worked fine until upgrading to Office XP

1. Do you have Norton Antivirus installed?
2. Do you have the Office XP service pack 2 installed?
