On office uninstall, receiving source engine system error

When trying to uninstall Office 2003, I get the error message office source
engine - system error - 2147024893. Then it suggest to go to
"Files\Pfiles\MSOffice\Office 11\1033\setup.chm" to see how to maybe fix this
problem.

The only thing is I don't have this path in my computer. None of my office
products work and installing over top does not work. Any suggestions???

That path would be on the Office 2003 CD rather than on the PC.
