One more Project Question

Is there a method to type in only a header in the task field without entering
information on the other fields? The other fields automatically come up and
cannot be cleared.

I have been using Project for a while and this is the first resource that I
have found to ask questions that have been bugging me.

Mike,
Project is designed for creating schedules and it is not very good at
formatting textual data. When you type an entry in the Task Name field,
Project automatically assumes that you are creating a valid task, not
just simply adding reference information. You can add that reference
information using the Notes field (Project/Task Information/Notes tab).

Hope this helps.

If you get desparate, you can change the font color to match the background
(white) on the information you want to hide.

Such cheesey behavior is strictly at your own risk.
