One or more items in the folder you synchronized do not match

I have a user with a strange error, when he moves messages from his inbox to
his personal folder he gets the message one or more items in the folder you
synchronized do not match. You can move one message at a time but when you
get into selecting alot or all the messages you get the error. Any Ideas?
