I got a CD trial at my university's computer store. I am unable to type
anywhere on the page. No key works. I opened Word and Excel and they work
properly when I type.
How can I fix the problem? Thanks

Is the trial period over? If yes, then it is in reduced functionality mode
where everything is read only and you cannot create any new items. You must
either purchase a key or purchase the full product.
