Yes, the web-based interface is a pain. Have you looked through this
newsgroup to see how many posts have the "suggestion" affixed? There are a
LOT, including responses from users to questions for additional information.
Some people apparently think they're talking directly to Microsoft when they
post, not realizing the newsgroup is peer support from volunteers.

That's why I made the suggestion for you about using a news reader, and I
see now you're using Agent instead of the web interface.

I'm using XanaNews, written in Delphi - the best newsreader I've ever
used (and I've pretty much tried 'em all).

I have lots of newsgroups on it already ,mostly development tools. To
be honest, I googled the WEB rather than groups with my OneNote
questions, because I didn't associate OneNote with newsgroups. Oh
well...live and learn. I subscribed to it.
