Onenote with VSS links

I am working in MS-OneNote 2007 & need to link some document which is stored
in VSS.6.0,

Is it possible to give specified VSS document link from OneNote?

Or

In one note some area need to refer VSS document.

Is there way create a shortcut for VSS documents from OneNote?

Just dor understand:
Are you talking about a file created by MS Visio?

I assume you are talking about accessing developer code in Visual Source
Safe.

Would you explain a little more about what your are seeking to achieve with
linking OneNote to SourceSafe? It may be that a VSS extension tool better
fits your needs.
My first reaction to connecting OneNote/VSS is that this wouldn't be
possible without embedding an exectuable file in a OneNote page that checks
out and opens the required source file.

Hi

In Visual source safe 6.0 we have deployed some excel & word documents, some
of specified documents needs to refer in OneNote. Now we are accessing those
files through Visual source safe 6.0 (for Check in /Check out) & Internet
explorer for view(deployed files).

Thanks in Advance

Thanks for clarifying!
I had even thoroughly checked several sources for "file extensions"
prior to asking!
At times it is useful to speak in understandable languages <bg,d&rvvf>.

Although as a former developer/programmer I think to have at least some
kind of an idea what the "Virtual Source Safe" is used for, I can not
see any relation to OneNote {siiigh}.

Might you kindly describe - in understandable terms - what you are
after?

Might you pls explain - at least a little bit - in how far *OneNote*
might possibly play a role in so far??

You most probably know that one one can
(a) put a *link* to any type of file into a ON notebook
and
(b) "embed" files in ON.

So far, however, I can not make any sense out of what you have told us
so far.
At least for poor me it's just riddles {siiiigh}.

How about drawing some kind of a scenario??
