Online help vs Offline help

It's annoying to do a search in the help file, only to wind up connecting to Microsoft Office Online, and waiting for the internet to get an answer back. Is there any way to make the offline help files the default. I can still search the online files if I don't find anything offline. But I shouldn't be forced to. Yes. There are two ways to approach this, but the easiest way is as follows:

1. With Help closed, press F1. This opens the introductory Help task pane.

2. Click on Online Content Settings.

3. Clear the check box for "Search online content when connected," then
click OK.

This dialog is also accessible from Tools | Options | General | Service
Options: Category: Online Content.
