OnLoad Filter by Form

I am making an invetory database of servers... i want the main form
containing all of the server information to open and load up the filter by
form command so that users that are not familiar w/access can run a filter as
a search for any server or servers using any of the fields based on what they
are looking for

i.e. if they type in the IP then it'll tell them the server name,ect
