OOF problem

Hi.

I have a customer that gets the message "the command is not availiable" or
something similar when he clicks on the Out of Office wizard in Outlook
2002.

Any ideas on how to correct this?

Does the customer actually use Exchange as the mail server? This is a
server-side function performed by Exchange. Otherwise, the user will
need to *emulate* OOF by using a rule.
